Greetings,

Total Trinity Training is steadily growing each week.  The big news today comes from a posting on Sportspecific.com's message boards.  It was a question about my Rocket Speed Training On A Budget e-book, as one person wanted to know where to find the e-book on how to make speed & agility items by using PVC pipe to create them.  So, I posted the link to the site and recieved $34.00 in donations to the LifeCare Center, from trainers/coaches around the nation who donated money for the Turbo Techno Training e-book and R.S.T. e-book.  The trainers/coaches were from Arizona, Hawaii, and Florida.  On behalf of my friends at LifeCare Center, we thank them for their kind donation! 

About every few days, I am still recieving articles for the newsletter.  This weekend I plan to start compiling up the next one to go out, shooting for mid-September to launch our 2nd issue.

Roger White, CSCS, of Sport X-Training in Detroit is launching his first newsletter.  I will be writing a short series of weekly articles for that, in which I discuss how I use the Timex GPS Speed & Distance watch in my training & coaching of my cross-country team.  We just had our first race and already I've seen its benefits in helping us learn our starting paces.  Now we just need to focus on developing that middle portion of the race and then focus on the final kick.  I marked out where the first 1000m were on the courses they ran in their races.  I already had their projected 1000m splits due to our practice speed workouts, and we were all pretty much on target for that first 1000 meters.
